Having lived here for 40 years I know the Carolinas well. My husband Larry and I raised our family in South Charlotte and now reside in Lake Wylie, SC so both the Carolinas are home to me. Both our children are now Realtors with Allen Tate.  Another fun fact about me is that before entering real estate, I was a Criminology professor at Winthrop University and then at Johnson C. Smith University.
